It doesn't get any better than this baby… Special thanks to Scott, Cris and gang down in Meridian Mississippi... for putting up with me and Clarence (my Bassett hound) and all my visits and late night hours with the gang. What a blessing ... defiantly been worth it... missing all you guys ...

Our buddies at WolfgangGuitars.com had the following to say about this guitar.

"This guitar belongs to Don from the mountains of West Virginia. He waited over a year for it and they must have completed it at the same time as the greenburst as I know they didn't have the parts to do a string-thru for almost two years. It did not know it existed until I received the pictures. It is gorgeous like the green one. It has a one piece mahogany back as well. Headstock is black. Don has an extensive Wolfgang collection and is very knowledgeable about the guitars and the history of them from the beginning."

I appericiate Geoff's comment about my string through guitar, and he is correct they don't get any more rare than this. Its very difficult for me to tell you all about this guitar. I really do hate to give this guitar up. There are other things that are going on currently that take presedence. The condition of this guitar is prestine. It has never been outside of my home studio. I would say it probably has a total of only five hours playing time. Out of all the wolfgangs I have owned, this guitar has a soul of it own. The tone and playing abality is absolutly perfect. It actually amazes me to think that I could even own a guitar of this caliber. There is a lot of hype in the music biz. but I think Geoff is really on the money when he talks about guitars from the custom shop. I've owned numerous guitars over the years and let me tell you this, we are dealing with the REAL DEAL here. They don't get any more rare or better sounding than this EVH Wolfgang. Take a real close look at these pictures, have you ever seen a nicer top? And can you imagine any better birdseye than this on the fretboard and neck? Absolutly Stunning!
